About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join our team at a busy café/restaurant in Dushanbe. The successful candidate will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, present menus and answer questions about dishes.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and check guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting and clearing.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar front‑of‑house role.
• Responsible, tidy and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and follow hygiene standards.
