Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Design

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Ho Chi Minh City team as a Civil Engineer, working on challenging infrastructure and land‑development projects. You will apply innovative digital tools to design, model and coordinate civil works while contributing to sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and design civil works in line with project requirements for internal and external projects.
• Follow Aurecon’s design process, standards and specialist guidelines.
• Perform BIM clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Model drainage structures, retaining walls, fences, road signage and other civil components.
• Develop site grading, road and parking layouts, and conduct cut‑fill volume analysis with Civil 3D.
• Carry out swept‑path analysis using AutoTurn or vehicle‑tracking tools.

Required profile

• Strong passion for re‑imagining engineering and continuous learning.
• Experience in earthwork, drainage and external works design for land‑development or infrastructure projects.
• Fluent communication in English.
