Mechanical Site Engineer – Consultant & Delivery Management

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to join its Built Environment business. You will act as a senior technical specialist and project leader, delivering high‑quality mechanical solutions on complex building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections as requested by clients and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, sub‑contractors and on‑site teams to guarantee smooth and timely project implementation.
• Support the Project Manager and engineering team in meeting project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain rigorous Environmental, Safety and Health practices throughout the site.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in mechanical project delivery.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, managers and clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
