BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling across our projects in Petaling Jaya. You will drive BIM standards, support multidisciplinary teams and ensure high‑quality digital models from design through construction and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve BIM strategies, execution plans (BEP), protocols and standards aligned with client requirements and industry best practice.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models (architecture, structure, MEP), conduct clash detection, model audits and data validation.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts throughout design, construction and handover stages.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators, Modelers and project teams, delivering training and technical guidance.
• Act as the primary BIM contact for internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee BIM software platforms and Common Data Environments, ensuring proper data management, version control and information exchange.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying BIM methodologies within MEP disciplines and broader building services.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes from design development to construction handover.
• Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
