About the role

Join Aurecon's Power Transmission & Distribution group for a 12‑week paid summer internship. You will work on real‑world energy projects across New Zealand and Australia, gaining hands‑on experience in power systems engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary teams on transmission and distribution projects.
• Participate in the Intern Innovation Challenge to develop creative solutions.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior engineers to deliver project deliverables.
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Penultimate‑year student pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Commerce.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Strong relationship‑building mindset and willingness to push boundaries.
• Enthusiastic about learning and taking ownership of your career adventure.
